Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
We ship worldwide, and for free! Each Original Painting is unframed, carefully rolled, and lovingly packaged in a sturdy cardboard postal tube to keep it safe on its journey to you.
Original Paintings ship directly from me in Pula, Croatia.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Depending on where you are in the world, your order may take between 5 to 15 business days to arrive. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address, since I am not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in your address.
If you're ordering around a busy time like Christmas etc., please allow additional time for your order to arrive.
If you're ordering Painting outside of the EU you will be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and are out of my hands. Thanks for understanding!
SHIPPING PRINTS
My print partner is The Print Space, and their expert printers will print, package and dispatch your order.
Each limited edition print is numbered, unframed, carefully rolled, and lovingly packaged in a sturdy cardboard postal tube to keep it safe on its journey to you.
Delivery typically takes 5-15 business days, depending on where you are in the world.
They have fulfilment in the UK, USA & Germany - this means that customers in the UK, USA or EU will not face additional import charge for their Prints, since they automatically route fulfilment based on shipping destination.
If you're ordering Prints outside of these countries you will be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. So, please check with your local tax authority before buying.
It is important to know that Limited Edition Prints are unique and custom-printed items, and they are non-refundable unless they have arrived damaged (then read details: Damages).

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14 day return policy ONLY FOR Original Paintings.
That means that you have 14 days after receiving your Original Painting to request a return, without giving any reason for doing so. You have to inform me of your decision by sending me an email at ninashesta@gmail.com.
If you're sending it back, please use a tracked and insured shipping service - just to be safe. Unfortunately, I can’t take responsibility for lost or damaged items on the way back.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Original painting is purchased in the last 14 days
- Original Painting must be in the same condition that you received it, not used and in its original packaging
- You’ll also need the receipt, as proof of purchase
If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to me. You also have to find a shipping company as well as pay for the return shipping on your own.

Once I have received the product and it is all good I will make the refund.
It is important to know that you will receive a full refund for the product - but minus the delivery charge, since, as mentioned above, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact me for any return questions at ninashesta@gmail.com.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your Original painting or Print upon reception. If it arrives damaged or goes missing during shipping, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim and let me know at ninashesta@gmail.com.
Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged item, as they’ll be needed for the claim process.
To help me process your claim quickly, please provide the following photos, in high-resolution and clear:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the Damage:
- Clear close-up shots that clearly show the damage
- A photo of the entire Original painting or Print for full context
- Photo of the package label - Make sure all text and barcodes are clearly visible
- Photo of the inside packaging - Show everything that is there: the bubble wrap, cardboard corners, etc.
- Photo of the outside of the package, also for the full context
I'll notify you once I've received and inspected your return.
If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
